Tom attended promptly to examine a malfunctioning tumble drier. He listened carefully to details of the problem and made a very thorough examination of the appliance. He identified the problem in a poorly maintained component, and explained the impact this would have. Tom took time to restore the component to fully functioning condition and, recommended that I myself undertake future maintenance on a regular basis. Tom was extremely polite and friendly as well as efficient and knowledgeable. The identification and rectification of the problem almost certainly saved me from buying a new appliance, and therefore wasting hundreds of pounds -- so the price of Tom's expertise was very good value for money!

Tom was an absolute pleasure! I was able to arrange a visit at short notice as I needed my washing machine looked at urgently. Tom arrived in the time slot allocated to me, he was wearing clean presentable clothes. He went straight to the appliance, turned it on and heard the dreadful grinding noise, he started to investigate and suddenly it stopped, just like that, so he never actually found out the cause as the grinding did not carry on, he could not see any debris or loose parts which could have been the problem, so he confidently advised me that if the noise returned to call back and that he would put his findings onto the account.

I was skeptical using a company a lot cheaper than anywhere else but thankfully not only were SureFix the cheapest around but the service was spot on. Tom arrived on time, was friendly, informative and to top it off fixed my oven on the first visit. Would 100% recommend fantastic company!! 👍🏻

I broke the glass on my oven door. Tom came out the next day, ordered the necessary part, and returned 2 days later to fix it.
For both visits, he texted me in advance with his arrival times, so I didn’t have to wait in all day.
He’s a lovely chap, punctual and polite, and fixed the oven quickly. He then removed the broken glass and all the new packaging.
I would highly recommend using Tom for any appliance repairs you may need.

Tom was brilliant and I'd highly recommend him. Called me with arrival time, came out and tried to fix the issue. As the washing machine needed replacing he gave me a recommendation then proceeded to help with it's aftercare. Will definitely use him again in the future!
